If your moods change frequently, at times, you feel on top of the world and then cheerful part of your life is followed by periods when you feel downhearted and blue, you most likely have a mood disorder called Cyclothymia. Cyclothymic symptoms are similar to the signs of bipolar disorder, but the severity of the mood swings doesn’t reach the level of a manic condition or a depressive disorder.
The Cyclothymia Test is based on the diagnostic criteria of Cyclothymic Disorder. If your test results indicate that you are at risk of having Cyclothymia, please apply to a licensed mental health professional to confirm the diagnosis and get treatment as necessary. The test is not designed to definitively diagnose cyclothymic disorder, but can help you in making an initial self-assessment.
