This test is based on the main criteria of insomnia, which include difficulty in falling asleep; sleeplessness, wakefulness and restlessness. Sleep disturbance and associated daytime fatigue could cause significant psychological distress and impairment in social life, problems at work or other important areas of functioning. Insomnia may be caused by any of various problems, such as physical disorders, fear, stress, anxiety.
